Estelle Vander-Zwalm (-67kg)
"To begin with, I fight Magda Wiet Hénin, with whom I train every day, whom I know by heart, and who knows me by heart. This fight, we were both apprehensive, each one came with her arguments, while trying to change from our habits to try to surprise the opponent. My tactic remained simple: to use his weak points. I made one mistake in the first round: taking a back kick. I managed to equalize, but it was this back kick that tipped the balance in his favor. In the second round, I let myself be overwhelmed by his pressure, so I make mistakes and lose mobility. It's those little things that make the difference, I've known it for a while and we all know it. It's part of the experience you gain over time. Fighting in Paris is already an exceptional chance, so many spectators and such an atmosphere in the hall are still rare and even if it is also an additional pressure... Now, obviously I do not train enough (laughs), so I will have to return to training to prepare as well as possible for the big events. To be seen!"
